In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

 

Payment

All major Credit/Debit Cards and Paypal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full before receiving goods.  All goods remain the property of  Whimsy Daisy until paid for in full. 

 

Return and Exchange Policy

You may always return or exchange an item you are not happy with within 14 days of receiving it with original tags attached.  Please include original or copied packing slip with the item(s) for your return.  Please contact either Kathy or Lori via email or phone for address to send item(s) back to.  Once we receive your return we will exchange or refund according to how you originally purchased the items(s).  You will be responsible for shipping costs. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason.  If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Kathy or Lori within three business days of the package's delivery.  If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within three business days of the package’s original delivery.  Returns from our "Buy one get one" sales are as follows:

BOGO free sale:  the purchase of two items is what qualifies you for the discount during our BOGO free sale.  Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if either pair is returned.  The discount may be retained if an exchange is made at the time of the return.  example:  if your first qualifying item is $20 and your second item is $10, both items will be discounted by $5 for a total discount of $10.  If either item is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by $5.

 

BOGO 1/2 price sale:  the purchase of 1 item at full price and 1 item at half price is what qualifies you for the discount during our BOGO 1/2 price sale.  Accordingly, your refund will be equal to the pre-discount price minus a portion of the discount you received as a result of receiving a multiple discount, not the pre-discount price of the single item.   example:  if your first qualifying item is $20 and your second is $10, both items will be dicounted by $2.50 for a total discount of $5.  if either items is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by $2.50

 

Shipping

We will typically process your order within 48 hours of placing it and will ship the next business day.  We use USPS flat rate boxes to ship domestically.  We offer a flat fee of $6 for shipping.  We do ship internationally but those costs will vary.  Upon checkout, you will be charged for domestic shipping but we will need to add funds to cover the costs internationally.  Once we know the exact cost we may ask you to deposit more money in our Paypal account to cover those costs before we ship to you.  Otherwise, we will use USPS First Class shipping for international orders.  Delivery times will vary.

 

Sales Tax

When prompted to pay upon check out, you will be asked to pay GA sales tax of 7%.

 

Confidentiality

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
